School Music |
Jan has been teaching music, Pre-K through 2nd Grade, at Pine Crest
School in Ft. Lauderdale for the last five years. Since holding this
position she has written ten musical shows for children as well as
various songs for the classroom. The shows have been performed by
her very young school students (5 - 8 years old) but some are also
suitable for older children.
Shows will be available with full scripts, CD's for practise and
performance, easy-to-follow dance moves and ideas for set design.
Jan says, "All of the shows are tried and tested; every one was a huge
success. I know the kind of problems that can arise when producing a
show and the kind of things that can make it easier. I have tried to
include some of these features in my show packages, for examples,
spaces in the scripts for part allocation and detailed ways in which
many aspects of the show can be altered depending on whether the
presentation is to be simple or more elaborate."
Sound clips coming soon.
